We lease Warehouses all over Tamil Nadu - India, as well do built to suit warehouses anywhere in Tamil Nadu and Pan India
At present we service Warehouse needs @ Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli and Madurai expanding all over Tamil Nadu and then Pan India
We already serve many MNC companies Warehouse needs starting from 5000 square feet to 2 lakh square feet as a single Warehouse
We do built to suit Warehouses by acquiring land at required location anywhere in India and do construction as per required specifications
We have constructed leased and partly sold for about a Million Square Feet of Warehouses
Our warehouse is scientifically built and serve the exact needs

We started our first warehouse in the year 1977 at Tuticorin as godown operator and then till date we have completed about a million square feet of ware houses. In which we have sold as per customer needs of about 4 lakh square feet of warehouses. We now operate with six lakh square feet of warehouse; we are in the process of acquiring lands all over Tamil Nadu for constructing chain of warehouses, then to spread throughout the nation in near future.

We can provide warehouses for storage of any kind of material let it be bulk cargo, packed cargo, FMCG goods, agro commodities, machinery and fertilizers.

We can assure a time limit for the customer to fulfil their warehouse need in any part of India, by acquiring the land and construct the warehouse on their specification and lease them within the stipulated time.
